Strangely this comes now after a true story happened to me last week. I was trying to get some cash from ATM near my home and it had standard machines or drive-in lane so you can withdraw while in the car and no need to step down. Now, this is NOT the first time I use it of course. Anyway, the sun was in my face and I could barely see the monitor with my bad eyes already and when it asked for the PIN number, I didn’t know what to press because the screen was blank and nothing to touch-press! I canceled the operation and parked on the side and went to the standard machine inside the building and I got my money. Fast forward to about 2 hours later when I was talking to my brother on the phone and I told him the story and I went silent in the middle of the conversation and asked: Is the keypad under the card slot? He answered: Yes! What did you think!? I replied: I thought it worked by touch… He asked: Is this your first time using the machine? I said: No!!! (for the record, 42 here) – but I’d swear there are other machines that worked by touch!!
When libraries were closed during pandemic I began using an Ipad for recreational reading. My hand kept rising to the upper right corner to turn the page. Also, I keep pausing when I get in the drivers seat- holding my keys when I just need to push the ignition button.

I read a physical book recently and occasionally pressed a word to bring up the definition.
