We have two cats—a male Bombay named Oscar and a female Torte named Molly. Molly is very skittish and afraid of the vacuum. But Oscar on the other hand could not care less about it. I can vacuum right beside him and he will not move a muscle. Nothing spooks him. Our dog Maggie on the other hand is afraid of the vacuum and flees from it.
I’m not particularly fond of a vacuum either. If I wanted to grow up to become an astronaut, I hear it is a death sentence if you take off your spacesuit helmet out in space! The low pressure makes your blood boil! I also don’t like ‘vacuum cleaners’ that have monster fangs on them!
