Does she mean “cain’t?” Cause that’s what they say around here.

That was our granddaughter last year

We had a terrible time getting her to go to school and stay there, I dont even know how many times my wife had to go pick her up

Freshman in high school this year and a much better attitude

Sad commentary on how things are these days. So much depression, so much anxiety. I don’t recall it being this way when I was in high school in the 90’s. I really think so many of today’s mental health problems and narcissistic attitudes all stems from our cell phones/social media. It’s sad.

Another trendy excuse is “too soon”. “The homework was assigned too soon. I’m still in the midst of processing the material.”

In business, it’s called a “Mental Health Day.” I wonder how that applies when people are working from home? You can’t stand to be around yourself and need a break??

I need an “I Can’t Even . . . .” day.

Isn’t that the teacher?

Anything goes seems to be the motto these nutty days.

Akin to the “I’m sick” lies of old.

“I’m having eye problems, nurse, I just can’t see going to school today!”
