Andy’s a celebrity, the wrong kind.

There was a hip-hop club here years ago that was the scene of frequent fights involving weapons, with a number of shots-fired calls to the police.

The city finally had enough & revoked their licenses.

Andy seems to be getting singled out a lot lately. A few strips back a photography student asked if she could take his photo and then Andy is displayed on a poster and is blamed for the town’s decline.
