I like it! It should be implemented for the TV judges.

In our town they go free in spite of guilt.

The prosecution presented a forceful argument.

This one’s a keeper.

The justice system clangs the loudest when guilty.

Does a sort-of-guilty defendant get sort-of-punished?

I hope this device only comes into play when the defendant has been found guilty, since I don’t see an option for them being deemed to be innocent.

I’d also be concerned about what kinds of muscles the judge is — or isn’t — hiding under his robe, and whether or not he had his Wheaties this morning.

So guilty is the only option.

sentencing is his guilty pleasure…
