    Always keep an emergency supply in the back of the closet shelf. It will save your carpet. I only had one cat who was thoughtful enough to go in the bathtub when her litter was too foul.

    You can put in some dirt or shredded paper for emergency need. Pippi is very expressive here.

    My cats only get POed when there is less than 3" in the boxes (all 6 of them). House mate thought I was using too much litter. They peed and pooped on the floor next to the freshly cleaned by house mate box, until I added more litter.
