Then again, maybe each wink is a dash. One dash is T and three dashes is O. “TTTOOOTTT”.
Or — or! — one wink on any given day is a dot and three winks on any given day is a dash. That would make his message more spread out, with each letter taking three days to send, but the result would be “SOS”.
I think I prefer to believe that he’s saying “eeessseee” or “tttooottt”, though.

I’ve always suspected that the winks are fake, to lure people to pay the premium.
