i always thought the top of the doghouse was flat? no?

Never knew how Snoopy found that comfortable.

Another great tribute.. and this time it’s from someone who already did it right the first time as while this is a reprint, it’s such a great one that it’s just perfect for the 100th anniversay blitz.

It was actually explained in one Peanuts strip. Snoopy apparently used certain muscles the same way a bird would so as to be able to sleep on a branch without falling.

Snoopy tried it the first time and he ended up falling too. After that we only see the doghouse at one angle so the readers don’t know the trick behind it.

You know, I thought the same thing a long time ago, but I figured Snoopy’s ears balanced him up there. Good effort Poncho. A salute to Schultz and a dig at Snoopy all in one. That’s my Poncho.

Because Snoopy is an extraordinary dog, Poncho.

Snoopy is the greatest dog of all time. You have a long way to go, Poncho.

It should have been Hudson on the roof since he is the beagle.
