The step class looks like fun. I don’t think my knees would like it though.
Tried for 1/2 hour. A full hour would have turned her into a supermodel (lol!)
I keep saying it, and I keep living it. To lose weight, eat little. To keep it off, eat less sugar.
The trick is to only do exercises that don’t make you hungry. Now there’s a diet book. :)

My Weight Watchers group used to weigh in and then go out for dinner.
