So much for going to see Hugo, eh, Lio?

“Hugo” is dead to me now.

Don’t act surprised, Lio. You saw the signs, “Cast and crew only” and “No weirdo fanboys”.

Consequences.

That’s what you get for breaking Hugo!

Wasn’t worth skipping school, now was it?

Welcome to reality.

They say, never meet your heroes. You will be disappointed. Although, I’ve met many (Ringo Star, Robert Plant, Gene Simmons, Rush, Cheap Trick…) and only been disappointed a time or two.

This reminds me of an episode of “the Munsters” where Eddie gets to be a guest on a kid’s TV program hosted by a creepy Halloween-type character named Zombo. When Eddie discovered that his hero was only a normal actor pretending to be “Zombo” he disrupted the set and exposed “Zombo” as a fake on live TV.

(The episode ends with a laugh when it turns out that the actor actually disliked the role and thanks Eddie, urging him to be a normal person “like your father”. Zombo, of course, has never met Herman.)

I was outside (what was then) Safeco Field when someone was literally thrown out of the stadium like this, followed by an ID card. Perhaps he tried to buy beer with a fake ID?
