I read a lot of stuff online where people try to return stuff to the wrong places and go ballistic when they won’t take it. Even when they show the label is for another store!!!

Really should have people in a 100’ line leading to the return counter this time of year.

Are raisin tamales a parallel to fruitcake? I’m thinking of massa forming a corn based pie crust, or cake, making a dessert cornbread. Can you sweeten the massa as you make it?

just remove the raisins, soak them in water for a little while, and enjoy a sweet snack. or, do as i do and throw a bunch in your breakfast yoghurt… ☺
