I always wondered how Snoopy manages to convey this information to Charlie Brown. Unlike Woodstock, Charlie Brown doesn’t seem to read Snoopy’s thoughts. We know Snoopy can write, but he rarely has his typewriter on hand during these strips

Reminds me of the first season “Happy Days” episode where Richie is suffering from a hangover and his dad asks him if he had anything to drink, to which he responds “All we had was some beer in teeny-weeny glasses” and then when asked how many of those glasses he had, Richie responds “72”…

At least the 54 root beers Snoopy drank are caffiene free.

Geez Snoopy attempted the Wade Boggs’ challenge years before Wade accomplished the feat granted Wade did it with the “Root Beer sans the Root” and the gang on “Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia” attempted to replicate it on a few occasions.

I might do that, depending on the brand. So brands it’d be worth suffering the next day to have drank fifty-four root beers. Others it wouldn’t be worth it to have even drunk a single root beer. Also depends on if it’s diet or not. Mildly alergic to the artifical sweetner used in diet root beers.
