    While everyone is waiting for prices to fall back like they did in 2008, the biggest problem is that in the years since then, is we didn’t build enough housing to cover even a small drop in demand.

    I get texts from “investors” who want to “invest in my property”. My investment price is now $2.6 million. They ask if I’m willing to negotiate and I up the price by another 100K. then I block them.
