He doesnā€™t look like a deaf, dumb and blind kid, but he sure plays a mean pinball.

Itā€™s too bad they didnā€™t preserve the tapes for ā€œThe Magnificent Marble Machineā€, so Wallace could watch it on Buzzr.

If you manage one ā€˜free gameā€™ youā€™re hooked. Resistance is futile. (Space Invaders assimilated me.)

After the last 2 years, I feel the same way as Wallace as he so eloquently stated it. And ā€“ I donā€™t even play pinball!

Spud could be rightā€”yet another reason for him to accompany Wallace on these little pinball sprees.

I still think that Mom should take him to Vegas for the annual high-stakes pinball tournament. The buy-in might be a little steep, but I am quite certain that heā€™d do well enough to more than make their money back, and probably sweep the competition. And can you see Spud at the casinoā€™s all-you-can-eat buffet?

I wonder how Will Henry would like it if I designed a pinball machine that portrayed drawing cartoons as a psychedelic trance

Looks like Wallace had lunch with Zaphod Beeblebrox. ā€œReason not withstanding, the universe continues unabated. Its history is terribly long and awfully difficult to understand, even in its simpler moments which are, roughly speaking, the beginning and the end. The wave harmonic theory of historical perception, in its simplest form, states that history is an illusion caused by the passage of time, and that time is an illusion caused by the passage of history. It also states that oneā€™s perception of these illusions is conditioned by three important factors: who you are; where you are; and when you last had lunch with Zaphod Beeblebroxā€
