Looks like that stream was just a tiny bit too wide and a little bit too deep. It’s okay Fred; we all have days like that.

Hey, fellow Fred-loving commenters – I propose a toast and a round of applause for Silberdistel and A Common ‘tator for their very nice, civil discussion about the slippery slope that is th4e English language. And more applause for GSD Mom and Calvin and all the others who added nice and supportive comments! I’d like to wish that kbyrd…etc. would fall into a pool of ice cold water! I know they say not to “feed the trolls”, but insults to Fred are hard to ignore. I love this strip, as do the majority of commenters here! Yay for us, and Yay for Fred!
