February 4th is the last day of vegan-whatever month?

Hey Bub! make your own menu, pizza, burgers, KFC…ad infinitum!

To celebrate the arrival of Carnebruary, she’s going to fry the left overs into patties, and, using two ham steaks for bread, make them some patty melts.

So a lot of vegan stuff didn’t get eaten.

Well if there are leftovers it’s not the last meal of veganuary!

Lots of leftovers? Why am I not surprised?

I am all for trying to eat healthy and I get that the person cooking gets to make most of the decisions as to what is for dinner, but I don’t get the whole point of avoiding certain foods but then buying foods that are like the food you are avoiding, like fake eggs, fake cheese, fake meat.

The grass is always greener in someone else’s bowl.

You can always dump some ground beef into it!!! heh!

If it’s more than a week old, it gets fed to the chickens or in the compost. They don’t eat everything.

That there are many leftovers belies the claim that the food is greatly enjoyed and eagerly consumed.

Finally.. the punchline folks! Folks? Stop fighting! Next up, vegan meals enhanced with some chicken cubes and a nice broth reduction, aka gravy.

Leftovers! LOL!!

Why wouldn’t she have served the leftovers before? I get people generally don’t like to eat leftovers the very next day, but she could have served Monday’s leftovers on Wednesday and Tuesday’s leftovers on Friday, etc etc. Now by serving all the leftovers in February, she’s extended the Veganuary into a whole new month. She’s sneaky and manipulative as ever!
