At least Heart knows Brent’s name now!

“Kind of”?

Good news Brent, Heart has had a “massive geek” (Dean) for a boyfriend before.

A lot of that kind of manga have that “Girl that press a boy against the wall” scene too… I wonder if that’s a foreshadowing.

Anime too…this season’s got good new romcoms: Ice Guy and his Cool Female Colleague, Tomo-chan is a Girl!, Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten. I also highly recommend Kaguya-sama Love is War, My Love Story, My Dress-Up Darling and Horimiya from prior seasons.

This better not be heading towards a sitcom-esque misunderstanding of the word “like”

I have read quite a few of those over the years. My favourite has to be Komi Can’t Communicate. I almost don’t want it to end.

Heart is so cynical. Not a romantic bone in her body.

I never genuinely thought that not only would Heart actually remeber brent’s name.. but actually seem intrested in him? Or that brent was a romantic at heart? The latter makes sense both in the good ways (he was very supportive of Lee and Kat and all) and in ways that make sense for a 11 year old going off romance works (i.e. that Heart ignoring him is just an obstacle to overcome and that maybe they werne’t meant to work out). Either way this is intresting.
