can’t go wrong with extended relatives planning the wedding, right?

I’m sorry but I’m having trouble imagining a wedding planned by a committee of female relatives. Como se dice “elopement”?

I would have welcomed the chance to learn the Spanish word for cousins … primas, is that right?

Ahh.. yes, weddings before brides became starry eyed Disney princesses. All my cousins weddings were just wonderful with the family planning them, and most actually lasted forever unlike the success rate of today’s weddings.
