To bad that most of us have had a similar experience, but the “offenders” actually MEANT to be rude….I defend your right to be rude in the face of this situation Amanda. Just in case you “might” have misjudged the offenders, please feel free to have extra of whatever it is you’re eating to make yourself feel better…..
I dislike rude people, and I mostly ignore them. But sometimes I snark them back to the point of silence, from them! My snark is always way sharper than theirs!
Waiting my turn a man stepped in front of me in line, totally ignoring me, and took my place. I said, “Hello. I’m here. I exist. I was next?!” In a cheerful sing song voice. I was acknowledged by another person and felt better. No one has the right to tell anyone who has waited their turn that they will be fine if someone else goes in their stead! >.<

Some of us may also have knee problems and/or heart issues and need to keep warm because of that.
But those aren’t visible. Stupid person.
