One April 1st my little brother got his usual bowl of cereal for breakfast then he poured blood all over it from the milk carton (red food coloring worked great!).
I was pranked once, and I admit, it was funny. I had just bought a Casio watch that had a built-in Universal Remote. I was showing it off at a family get-together, but one of the kids there was messing with my “commands” with a hidden remote. Everyone was laughing internally at my increasing frustration until finally the whole room busted out laughing. When the joke was revealed to me, I laughed too… ☺
This reminds me of a prank I read about. MIT has a senior sneak day during which the freshmen are supposed to prank their dorm rooms. One group put a full pail of water on a collapsing platform above one senior’s door while he was out. When he came back, knowing of the tradition, he carefully opened the door and peeked in, saw the pail, and carefully took it down. Then he walked over to his sink and poured it down the drain. Only the freshmen had altered the drainpipe so that the water shot out the front and it soaked his pants and shoes.
When we were kids we used to buy 8 foot weather balloons from Edmonds Scientific and bat them back and forth like a giant volley ball (until they popped by landing on pointy things, like a sprinkler) but I don’t think they would take that kind of weight.

That much water would knock one flying.

A water balloon that size would weigh about 50 kilograms (100 lbs).

What did Monty suspend that from, a light fixture, no, a heavy fixture.

It’s kind of dumb, testing your pranks out on yourself.

Reminds me of the old joke: “…good thing we didn’t step in it!”

I would have used a bucket and dumped it on the head of the unsuspecting mark.

Go back to wherever you got this one, Monty. And if they’re “out of stock” there, just give up this dangerous and sloppy prank, anyway!
