I turn water into wine four or five times a year. I put four and a half gallons into my fermenter, add 1/2 gallon of juice from a wine kit, add yeast and a month later (plus a fair amount of work) I have five gallons of wine, usually Merlot.
Not quite the same as healing the sick or raising the dead, but I do believe that a lot of little “miracles” like that do occur in our lives more often than we think….
