I have a friend one dasn’t talk to in the morning until she’s had at least one cup of coffee. (two is usually safer). …after that she’s the sweetest person one can imagine.
I haven’t drunk coffee in decades. I never particularly liked it and drank it as it was a “free” on Weight Watchers and later when I started working, because the accounting firm I worked for was in an office which stopped every morning for a coffee break. I finally stopped drinking it as I did not particularly like it – and my stomach was even more upset with it (drank it black, no sweetener). Husband NEVER drank coffee.
I drink a cup of tea each night as it is suppose to help with one or the other of the medical conditions I have – though I no longer remember which one – again, no milk, no sweetener.

This is totally me. Not my hubby, he can speak cogently, but discovered long ago that I am NOT a target audience first thing.

My brain doesn’t kick in until I’ve had my coffee.

My wife is the coffee/tea drinker in our house. Personally, I don’t and have never drank either one. UGH!
