just don’t tease more than 8 dogs at a time.

Cats’ lives are ninefold / Or so it seems —

One life is for real / And eight in their dreams.

They prowl through the night / And play their games

Teasing the dogs / Restrained by their chains.

But if dog’s a stranger / And beckons cats on

Beware of the danger / Or one cat life is gone!

Eight lives then are left / But what is nice

Teasing a dog / Was well worth the price.
