So is this the far off future or spoilers courtesy of Futuregold?XD

I figured it must not be important when I saw it switch sides.

Well future Marigold is seeing her past self. Maybe take the eye patch off to behold her with both of her eyes?

Fun fact: the reason pirates wore eye patches wasn’t to cover up a missing eye. It was to make it easier for them to see in the dark below the deck of a ship they were raiding, since those old ships were often poorly-lit.

By covering up one of their eyes, it made the vision in the other eye stronger.

The answer is far more mundane than I thought yet perfectly “Marigold.”

The eye patch has moved to the other eye since yesterday

So, it’s kind of patchy, huh?

While I have you, future Marigold, have robot unicorns progressed in the future to the point where a war is being waged between the Unibots and the Decepticorns? And if not, why not?

And here I was hoping Marigold has become a Sparkle Space Pirate.

Thus giving Past Marigold reason to think it could still be worth trying, meaning she’ll probably still try it at some point in the future, thus maintaining a chain of events and likewise ensuring the future remains minimally altered.

Not that was any great big concern to these two at the moment, clearly, but still.

With Marigold the obvious answer is always correct, and yet somehow always a surprise.
