My mother-in-law just turned 84. She loves her wine, walks a mile or two a day, paints, and is in much better shape than I’m in.

Turned 80 today, still seems like something in the far-off future. I’m doing what ladykat’s MIL is and intend still to be at 84. Oops also involved in LWV’s watching city council. Exercise has opened my lungs and keeps me going…and the wine.

My ‘kid’ Brother (73) says,“If I’d known I was going to live this long, I’d have taken better careof myself.” I read but have forgotten, which comedian said it first.
