On my way home from work there is a dear crossing sign followed by a turtle crossing sign. The other day someone put up a hand painted sign of a rabbit crossing the road next to the turtle sign. I laughed so hard I nearly drove off the road.
Traffic was held up for a few miles when a huge turtle decided to come up from the creek and cross a two lane road….I was amazed to say the least….but everyone waited patiently. Thank god!
