I did not believe things like this happened until I witnessed it. It was a grocery store and the customer wanted a certain brand of cracker and in fact was given the same answer, “They are at Walmart.” The clerk tried to sell them the store brand but to no avail. They finally left after another clerk told them that they were out of stock but were at Walmart
