I love arithmetic and math also – there is (almost) always a definitive answer as opposed to other subjects where there are often many answers. (I am an accountant and started working in same when around 11 when helped my dad – a CPA who met mom in accounting classes.
I learned about Victoria Woodhull yesterday and we’ve been dealing with some of the same problems since at least 1870, so I guess the answer is “no they have not figured out these problems yet, but absolutely should have”
