Well I successfully gave blood today in 4 mins, 26 sec. Last time I took over 9 mins! I feel really happy as I couldn’t donate 3 weeks ago because the session was cancelled.

I took away some Chocolate Bourbon Biscuits from the refreshment area to eat later with a cup of tea. How very British of me ;-)
