Nippy, is a mild word for this morning, it was 24 this morning (O.O). The sun is shining now, some clouds in the morning, not many this afternoon, High 59. Good weather to catch a cold in.
Picarajustina, as a general rule I try not to get political, but, sometimes there are just things that need to be said. I appreciate that you care about free speech and are willing to listen to both sides. I invite you to chime in here at the Vagabond Village anytime. (^.^)
May God bless all y’all Vagabonds and may He your constant companion.
Picarajustina, as Mark said, you are welcome to join in our ramblings at any time. We like hearing new voices.
Rita, how’s Jack doing? We’re still praying for him both for the surgery and the cancer.
Yesterday turned out to be a very quiet day. The only time I went outside was to get the mail. I didn’t (couldn’t) take a nap, so I had to skip church last night and went to bed early. As much as I wanted to hear the rest of the lessons on Esther, I would have fallen asleep in the chair, even with the loud worship music.
Today I need to head over to Walmart. I bought some shirts that are too small and need to return them. Why manufacturers can’t be more consistent about their sizing I will never understand. Even this maker is inconsistent from year to year. I have some older shirts that are labeled the same size.
It’s another cloudless, sunny and very pretty day. We got up to 98 yesterday on my patio. Today’s forecast is for 97. Looking at the 10-day we’re still not into the triple digits yet.
Another quiet day in the Ozarks. At least it is a mostly sunny day. When I first peeked at the thermometer this morning it was a cool 54 and it has now warmed up to 81. The humidity has dropped from 94 this morning to 37 this afternoon. Still feels muggy to me.
Rita: Jack, you and your family remain in my prayers.
Picarajustina: always happy to hear another voice here. Hope you join our conversations.
