“Better to be running toward something than away from it.”

I think that would depend very much on what “it” is.

E.g., referring to a current new item, I would not run toward a forest fire.

Better to be running toward the bathroom if you’ve got “the runs”.

Unless of course you’re running toward a stampede …….. :)
