The problem with self-driving cars is that they don’t know when they’re being flipped off.

Imagine the number of lives that will be saved when humans are no longer driving cars.

Why is it the smaller the car you own the more likely you will cut off the guy with the big truck? Not bad for 80, pursuit course kicked in and I missed her and the guy in the next lane.

Interesting concept. Will self driving cars cuss each other out in digital language?

Oh, dude, just look behind you. There’s a big bunch of drivers wishing your car would figure out if it can go through an intersection before the next millennium.

and yet, that car is probably driving better than most of the elderly drivers on the road right now. it probably won’t mistake the gas pedal for the brake and smash into a convenience store, for example, or turn on the turn indicator, slow down, and try to turn into my driveway, and me waiting to turn onto the highway, as a little old lady who lives nearby did yesterday. to give her a little credit, she did eventually realize her mistake as she started to turn, bowed at me in embarassment, and continued down the highway, turn indicator still flashing for another block and a half, until she reached the road where she actually wanted to turn…
