A little help here….

Mel has the hero hat, but his friend has the sidekick hat.

Interesting, the name of Mel’s friend is on the ban list for the comment section.

Same thing happens to me. I learned to sew a couple of ribbons on the inside of my hats. You tie them to fit the hat to your head.

“But I think the most likely reason of all…was maybe his head was two sizes too small.”
