What happened to the glory suits of the ‘Mad Men’ era. It’s all been downhill ever since. But things are looking up: there’s a ‘Mad Men’ collection at Banana Republic. Yeahhh!!

If the blouse from yesterday was the price of a car payment, the whole suit must be a mortgage payment. I also knew she was in trouble when she Aack’d in the middle of the comic strip. At least I didn’t roll my eyes this time.

Good morning/afternoon fellow Cathy-ites. (I’m not calling us ‘fans’ since we beat on her so much—love her until it hurts). I’m about to slide into bed for a few hours.
.
GM, I left you a note yesterday, about how to create the separation without resorting to periods or lines. I have the “How to” for GoComics.com but it doesn’t mention blank lines. We used to be able to do this easily. :-)

Hello everyone! I read the comments from yesterday (I don’t always, but will start doing now with Cathy only)… I agree with Aaron and GM where I don’t dress up much (my favorite outfit is a pair of ancient Levi’s and a tee), but I have been trying to have some nicer options for when it is appropriate. But I will buy those outfits always on sale or at Target full price if it is worth it. While I’m all for comfort, I do not want to be a slob either, so I try to look decent at the same time.-——Enjoy your rest, Aaron. I think I read somewhere on how to skip a line in comments. I’ll see if I can find it again.

In a former life, we had ‘business casual’ and also ‘dressdown Friday’. Business casual for guys was typically khakis and a decent short-sleeved shirt. Dressdown was jeans and t’s, but nothing offensive to the senses. More than one was sent home to change even on dressdown day. .In this life I wear a paramedic uniform and also the firefighter gear when out on call. I do rock in a uniform. Cathy ought to try that one. Talk to a nurse—they got it down pat.

Aaron: I’ll have to tell you how to do paragraph separations tomorrow when I’ve got more time.
Until then, have a good evening!
