Bad night for me. I fell asleep at 4 AM and now, at 7 AM I’m up.

Well in that case, did you wake poorly last night?

The last full night I slept I was upright in my easy chair. For some reason my bladder doesn’t fully kick in unless I am laying on the mattress. When I fall asleep sitting up, I sleep like the proverbial baby.

Well he’s not wrong.

If you weren’t lying awake all night, you must have slept well.

Since my wife passed away – I cannot lie down until I am truly sleepy no matter the time. Often 2 or 3 am and up at 6 am. Night are really a beast on the mind. 3 months and still awful.

Wilberforce was able to sleep while Brutus lay awake all night trying to figure out how to pay for college.

he does have a point, how would you know if you had a goodnight sleep if you can’t see it happen. :D
