Since nobody sends private email anymore and the email that shows up now is from commercial companies, banks and utilities, and they usually don’t open until 9 am in the morning so there is no point checking your email until after 3 or 4 pm in the afternoon.
I actually realised I need to do that for myself, when I forget to get gas first thing in the morning and have to play gas chicken until I get home (bc somehow there aren’t any gas stations to and from work except the one by my house and the EXPENSIVE one by work)
