My Scottie used to have a fit when I clipped her nails. Only time she would get upset with me.

why not, moms dog does, drama king that he is.

One of our Rottweilers loathed having his nails trimmed. Our other dogs didn’t seem to mind it much, acting like it was a process to simply tolerate.

One of the few things that intimidates our ‘Marm’ ! ! ! !

Marm ….. be tough ….. it won’t hurt you ….. At least I don’t think so ….. :)
