It is hotter than usual.

It’ll stay hot for a while, it is July!

Shouldn’t the next Johnny Carson-type joke be, “How do you get to Carnegie Hall?”

A no-hair pointer, perhaps?

Red, you and Rover should have a pool party for all the dogs in the neighborhood. Of course, you’ll invite Zeke & Rueben. Mom can serve DOGSICLES, ha!

It’ll be another scorcher today, and I’m not looking forward to it. But I guess it’s a lot better that being cold!

My son said his pool in Alabama was over 90 degree’s last week. It’s been hotter here in the south this week. 110 heat index yesterday.

There was an amusing article in yesterday’s Washington Post by Sydney Page about a celebration of the Golden Retriever’s 155th anniversary. The picture shows hundreds of Golden’s with barely a human in sight. It should be easy to find on their site. If you don’t subscribe, the WaPo allows a few free views every month.

Maybe they even want the fur gone completely. They can go around naked!
