I’m the 2nd backup night crew manager, not in charge very often
We have a good crew that needs very little direction
Still seems like I’m more worn out physically and mentally after a night as manager
I’ve found that the art of management is to know who to trust — and then to trust them.
My son quit his job as a manager at DQ. Working 75 to 80 hours a week meant he never got to see his newborn son.
You are so right Harvey…so right!
