Wrestling has always been entertaining. When I was a kid I’d watch Haystack Calhoun and Man mountain Dean with my father. When my kids were pre-teenaged we watched Macho man Randy Savage, Ric Flair, Jake the snake, etc. with the same glee I had as a kid. My husband and I even took them to a couple of events in Madison Square Garden and the Nassau Coliseum.
Professional wrestling in the United States, until the 1920s, was viewed as a legitimate sport. This view did not endure into the 1930s, as professional wrestling became identified with modern theatrics.

I remember wrestling when it was a sport. Today, it is all hype.

That’s silly, pro wrestling is interpretive dance.

For me it would be, “Love me, love my cat….or get out”.

Lennie has an innate dislike for bald guys with little beards. Especially ones who wear black shirts.
