oh i have to tell this…former relative’s niece was declared legally blind by the Great State of Florida, and even given a guide dog by the state…the Great State of Florida also allowed her to keep her driver’s license…so she would go to Publix, park in handicapped space, and get out of the car with dark glasses on and her guide dog
