This reminds me of the scene in “Goodbye Mr. Chips” when ‘Chips’ first meets Kathy, in a dense fog, while mountain climbing in the Alps. At least they had sandwiches.

Of the two smells, I’d prefer the wet dog

Miss this so much … huddling together with somebody loved one to share body heat while waiting for something …

When at a full service carwash and asked what frafrence I want, i say wet dog.
