    Why is it up to the consumer to spend time and effort because the company failed? I cannot understand that. I can’t see “we put glass shards in the Rice Krispies. Be careful and examine each bit before you eat it.”

    My Visa card hood hacked at a local restaurant. I paid using the kiosk on the table. My card was sold to at least 4 people. Charges showed up in 4 different cities. They charged approximately $1000 before the bank cancelled the card. The back restored the money to my account and issued a new card.

    One of the hospitals i have been in got theirs hackec and now I have fraud charges showing up on my medicare statements!
