When you break down politics you get “poli” which means many and “tics” which are blood sucking insects

Mosquitos live on nectar until the breeding season. Then the females go for a snack of blood for the extra food value. The diseases they carry are not their fault. A human version would infect itself to kill it’s victims, if draining almost all their blood didn’t work. And both sexes would do it all year. And have the death penalty for raising a hand to shoo them off.
