There is an organization on Fort Belvoir, in the McNamara Building, called the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

Part of their mission is to verify that the funds provided to other nations military is used in the way it was intended. Ronald Reagan called it, “Trust, but verify”.

Many of the missions done by DTRA involving the Russians were eliminated by that Trump guy. I guess he felt that there was no need to verify that the Putin government was following the agreements that they had made with us.
