I once had “death by chocolate,” almost. Actually, just a bad tummyache. A friend introduced me to a local treat (in a country overseas) called a “Chicago,” a kind of chocolate-on-chocolate-on-chocolate ice cream sundae concoction, which did not go down well. This seems all too similar….
