    The meteorological office here says that there have been over 600 earthquakes since midnight (it’s just past 8:30 AM now), and that a volcanic eruption can be expected soon. I’ve never understood what earthquakes and volcanoes have to do with the weather, but that’s what the met office says.

    Where I live, they just predict snow all winter. At some point they usually get it right.
