The ‘Moms 4 Liberty’ and the other Theocrats want to tell everyone else what dances to dance, and who with, as well as what songs will be ‘permitted’. No wonder they quote Hitler in their speeches; they’ve seemingly adopted his program, too.
Here in SE Wisconsin, Menomonee Falls’ school district banned a series of books including “The Handmaid’s Tale” and “Slaughterhouse Five”. I guess Vonnegut was right, “so it goes”.
Are the morals/ethics so broad that those in the middle of the Overton window* are taking action to calm things down?
* The Overton window is an approach to identifying the ideas that define the spectrum of acceptability of governmental policies. It says politicians can act only within the acceptable range. Shifting the Overton window involves proponents of policies outside the window persuading the public to expand the window.
