We didn’t mess with the oven, Incandescent lightbulbs, now extinct, were good for that. 60 to 100 watts and you could melt just about anything plastic.

Best not nurture that tendency in a child

Deliberately destroying a sibling’s toy. Hmmmm. Not more screen time. Grounded in his bedroom for two weeks and then put him to doing chores to earn money to replace what he destroyed.

Both of these kids need to be institutionalized.
