Adam should try typing away from home—in a warehouse or parking garage. His “writing” won’t improve any, but at least those those PITA brats won’t be bugging him all the time.

No, eccentric is what you call a rich Uncle when you don’t want to get cut out of the will if you call him crazy.

Clipping your nails under the bed is probably the most socially acceptable place to do so. Is she against nail clipping?

A different kind of mind stimulating activity would do wonders to get out of a creativity rut. Physical activities are good for that.
